In this specialized course, you'll learn how to guide buyers through new construction transactions, evaluate builders and help clients choose the right one for their needs, and work with the builder's sales representative to develop a mutually beneficial relationship for the homebuyer. Facilitate a smooth home construction process and help every client carry out their vision of their dream home.
