THE 1-4 CONTRACT RESIDENTIAL CONTRACT

Description

The purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate licensee with the paragraphs within the 1-4 Residential Contract. This discussion takes a closer look into common errors, the meaning and use of each paragraph, and how to properly fill out the contract. After this course, participants will leave with a better understanding of the 1-4 Residential Contract, commonly used addenda with the 1-4 Residential Contract, and the impact of the various provisions. The panelists of the contract course do not provide legal advise only best practices for the purpose of this course.
