This course provides an overview of Concrete Cancer, also known as Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR), and its effect on residential real estate—particularly properties with pools, patios, and concrete structures. License holders will learn what ASR is, how to recognize it, what questions to ask sellers and inspectors, and how to guide clients responsibly when this condition is present. The course addresses disclosure requirements, testing, pricing considerations, warranty issues, and buyer/seller representation practices.
