Description

This course will help REALTORS® realize the difference between a Selling/Buyer’s Agent and a Lease Listing/Tenant Agent. Since leasing agent’s typically do not get paid as much as Selling/Buying Agents, some may think that working with a landlord and/or tenant may be a simple, if not an easy task. We will discuss the promulgated contract documents/forms needed and procedures to follow for both the Tenant and Listing Agents, and the importance of communication when submitting/receiving applications. Participants will gain a stronger understanding of the leasing process, promulgated Texas Real Estate Commission and Texas Association of REALTOR® documents/forms, and the importance of communication in order to better serve their clients and peers.
